When Your Eyes Have Turned to Silver

Working title: I Have Special Eyes

My first Star Trek caption, as well as my first to use a render by my friend CrypticCollaborator!  I had been meaning to do a caption about a Deltan for a while now, actually.

If you're confused about what this has to do with Star Trek, I recommend you watch or read about TOS: "Where No Man Has Gone Before".  All the business about the galactic barrier, esper ratings, silver eyes, and god powers is in there.  Wouldn't hurt to also look into The Motion Picture too for some insight into Deltans, but that's not as relevant.

This takes place in the Kelvin timeline, specifically 2260.  The Grissom is a ship present in that continuity, but there's next to no information about it, so I improvised and decided it's an Excelsior-class, hence the reference to a crew complement of 750.

Cryto had only TNG and Star Trek 2009 uniform assets to work with, so I went with the latter, since the initial design he made (her in a red TNG uniform) resembled Picard too much.  The white dress and heels were intended to evoke the sexy, mysterious look of the Ilia probe in The Motion Picture.  I wanted Umia to be a science officer, but Cryto didn't have the sciences division insignia available (only the ones for command and operations), so he went to the trouble of making one for me, which I greatly appreciate.

The colorful points of light scattered throughout the image are from Space Engine.  I boosted the brightness of nebulae and clusters (as well as the image saturation) and took several screenshots of alien (read: procedurally generated) galaxies.  With the nebulae set to be so bright, the galaxies themselves were basically invisible.  Layering several such screenshots effectively made a very colorful starfield, which I thought would enhance the look of Umia's new universe--make it serene but also distinctly alien.

Moreover, the font I used is an ITC Serif Gothic lookalike, which was also used on the posters for both The Motion Picture ("The Human Adventure Is Just Beginning") and Star Wars ("A long time ago in a galaxy far, far away...").

Finally, the title is pulled straight from the soundtrack for the aforementioned episode "Where No Man Has Gone Before".  The piece starts loudly and abruptly, so I recommend turning down your volume before sampling it.

As previously stated, the image I used is of Lieutenant Umia, an original character conceived of by me and rendered by CrypticCollaborator.

All persons depicted are fictitious, owned by me (However, Lt. Umia is a Deltan, a fictional species from Star Trek, owned by CBS and Paramount), and above the age of 18.  I make no money through this image.

TRANSCRIPT:
Hello, crew of the Grissom.  This is Lieutenant Umia, science officer, astrophysics department--several of you know me.  Recent events have been rather chaotic, so I thought it prudent to bring you all up to speed.

Our vessel penetrated the galactic barrier.  The negative energies of the barrier bypassed the ship's shields and surged through the hull of the ship.  Most of the energy was dampened and redirected, causing moderate damage to the ship, but I happened to be at the end of the path of least resistance.

That surge of energy into my body, coupled with my very high esper rating, transformed me completely.  It's no exaggeration to say that I've become a goddess, in fact!

There is another point I wish to address, regarding my oath of celibacy.  I am pleased to report that mine is now null and void, as I have transcended beyond any definition of Deltan!  With that out of the way, I have an offer for anyone who's interested.

For those of you unaware, Deltans are perhaps the most sexually sophisticated species in the Alpha Quadrant.  With my newfound transformation and god powers, the universe wouldn't last long if I went all out.  So I created a universe of my own, tailor made to withstand the lust of a Deltan given infinite power.  That's where you are now--and why the ship's computer is unable to determine your position.

Time doesn't progress here--at least not in the sense you're familiar with.  You will still experience a chronology of events like you're used to, but you won't grow old here.   Decades, even centuries spent here will translate to less than a moment both in your universe and to your bodies.

I offer you all the option to remain here with me, for however long you wish.  I won't stop you from leaving or returning.  But, while you're here, you can experience the boundless ecstasy pulsing unendingly through me.  And this is only my idle state--I can scarcely imagine how it will feel once I'm aroused!

I do not intend to force this euphoria on anyone, but I offer it and my love to any and all who desire it.  In keeping with the altruistic Deltan mindset, I insist that you only come to me of your own volition.  I may be an unstoppable entity of limitless power now, but I still desire my harem to possess agency.  It's much more impressive--not to mention ethical--to motivate a crew of 750 to naturally flock to you on their own and become your harem, as opposed to mind controlling them and forcing the same result.

But I digress.  I have made my proposal.  Now, to borrow a Human expression, the ball is in your court.  I trust you will make the decision right for you!

I'm the hentai-man, doing the best I hentai-can! I write stories and captions catering to fetishes ranging from somewhat common to abundantly obscure. A fair portion of it's fanfiction, but contrary to popular belief, I do actually have a creative bone in my body, meaning I write original works too.
