This caption was another collaborative effort between myself and Akane. It expands on a little vignette they wrote on the Omnitopia Discord,
describing Enhanced schoolgirls and a Super Goddess mayor. I took it a
step further and went with the Governor of Tokyo, since the schoolgirls
in the accompanying image were believably Japanese. Akane has decided
this caption is part of the Super Goddess canon.
