The gal seen here is actually Chigami-tan from the story, in part because the original art is the same for both.
Speaking of, the image I used is of Ai from Gal Ane Shachou to Harem Office ~SEX wa Gyoumu ni Fukumimasu ka?~, done by Tatsunami Youtoku on DLsite. Additionally, the space background and Andromeda Galaxy are from a screenshot in Space Engine. I specifically positioned the image so Chigami is looking in about the right direction of the Milky Way while sitting on top of Andromeda.

My my, it seems the humans of this universe have finally realized the truth behind what they call the Andromeda Galaxy. They siphoned an infinitesimal portion of our powers and now they're considering themselves goddesses, brutally lording their power over the male half of the population!
It's actually pretty adorable just how high and mighty they feel after eating a few table scraps. They think they're omnipotent, but they haven't even the faintest idea of what power truly is like. Regardless, we can't let them continue abusing our gifts. The human race is on the verge of extinction, thanks to them. And the icing on the cake is that there will be so many cute boys down there in need of comforting~❤
