The space background is a carefully aimed screenshot from Space Engine, oriented to maximize the Milky Way's resemblance to a dildo. The "stars" surrounding her are in fact galaxies, which realistically probably wouldn't be visible if the Milky Way is as bright as it is here--though I grant that her putting it in her ass is producing additional light. I'm not a astrophysicist, give me a break.
